Today it rained, cats and dogs toadstools to. Boris is causing havoc in parliment. I am reading two books at the same time which is causing havoc within...i have slipped back to youth and opened the pages of Graham " The End Of The Affair "...picked from a charity shop in the small village of New Mills on the out skirts of Manchester..the locals might call it a town and shudder being so close to Manchester, but hey life !!, is a few words this week i have been whispering to myself in an effort to bump around the mad world and retain my sanity the book simply whispered to me buy me, the dress you are lookng for is not could i resist such a whisper...on the opening page were the trouser measurements of two people scribbled in ink male, female, whom knows did they even finish the book.  A question i always ask when mooching around charity shops. The second book is Derek Jarmen " Modern Nature " a diary of thoughts when living his last years in Dungeness building a garden on the beach...amongst all the plants are small snippits from his boarding school days and being Gay in the 60's and early 70's...much the time i was trying to find myself in that time when puberty was writing it's own rules within and the word Gay was not what it has become. I bought this book during pride week when Waterstones book shop had a small corner for us. For me one of those books you do not want to put down.
Today is hump of the week which means the weekend is closing in fast what, how, and when, is going to be the order of the day so much to do...
Therefore So and peace to all whom travel this way.x
