Saturday 1st January 2022.

A slight touch of melancholy madness on the opening day of the year is not uncommom for myself the stretched out year ahead always looks frightening as my age advances down the last nine yards as i wonder will i be sat here playing with this keyboard.
Nor would i not be shocked if once more i have to think about booster jabs, there are 195 countries in the world so far three have spat, across the world does this mean we are on a magic roundabout and postmen will be pulling Covid test kits out of postboxes forever more.


At least the ducks sat on this postbox in Stalybridge Greater Manchester....made me smile and that must bring some ray of Hope.
